After several years of searching for a common project, Hugo and Charles finally found this exceptional location in Beaune. In April 2024, extensive work began on the total renovation of the cellar. We opened the doors of La Cave d'Elisée on September 18, 2024, with a single objective: to introduce visitors to the family estates of Burgundy. The name of our cellar pays homage to Charles' great-grandfather, Élisée Epailly, auctioneer in Beaune and the first to oversee the sale of the Hospices de Beaune. Pieces of furniture found in his grandfather's attic complete this family memory, which is supported by our project.
La Cave D'Elisée has been established since 2024, in this town of medieval charm and cobbled streets, also known as the “Capital of Burgundy Wines”.Don't miss the Hospices de Beaune, whose roof is spectacularly decorated.
